Passholder Terms and Conditions

• Rates, programs and privileges are valid for the 2021 season.
• Season runs from approximately April 1 – November 30 (weather-permitting).
• Proof of Residency required for HeatherRidge Resident discount.
• Rates are non-negotiable.
• Packages and privileges are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Passholder dues must be paid in full at time of registration.
• Advance reservations are required.
• Tee times may be booked up to thirty (30) days in advance.
• Tee times are subject to course availability.
• Twenty-four (24) hour cancellation is required.
• Passholders are required to check-in prior to tee time and each round.
• Passholder privileges may be suspended or revoked at any time for inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
• Proper attire is required.
• Outing participation shall be allowed at the fees contracted for the event.
• League participation shall be allowed at no additional charge, if applicable.
• Special events are available for Passholder participation at designated fees posted for each specific event.
